Odile Palustran

Odile Palustran is Franco-Chilean and grew up primarily in Chile. Throughout her life, she has also lived in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, USA and the UK, and is currently based in France. This international trajectory enables her to operate seamlessly across markets, working fluently in Spanish, English and French, with an intermediate command of Portuguese.
After obtaining a business degree in 2001, Odile began her professional career in marketing, across a range of industries including aviation, medical services and cosmetics. Parallel to her corporate career, her strong passion for travel led her to undertake two sabbaticals, during which she explored more than 40 countries across all continents. These experiences deepened her understanding of cultural diversity and reinforced her interest in responsible and experience-driven travel.
In 2008, she redirected her career toward sustainable tourism, combining her business expertise with her passion for travel. She subsequently joined the Chilean Tourism Board as Europe Market Manager, based in Chile. She was responsible for developing the European market, strengthening trade relationships and increasing the visibility of Chile as a high-end and sustainable destination.
Building on this experience, Odile founded Opal Collection – Exclusive Travel Representation Services in 2012. Through Opal Collection, she supports luxury hotels and cruises in developing strategic market presence, long-term partnerships and tailored sales representation across Europe, with a strong focus on authenticity, sustainability and human-centered collaboration.
Frantz Godet

Originally from Bordeaux, France. He spent three formative years in Argentina between the ages of ten and thirteen, where his passion for travel was born. This experience inspired him to pursue a life of exploration and meaningful connections across cultures. Over the past seven years, he has visited around 86 countries, guided by curiosity, wanderlust, and the serendipity that travel brings.
Based in France, Frantz is fluent in French, Spanish, and English. He also has a strong understanding of Portuguese, Italian and plans to learn Japanese. With a background in social psychology and nursing, he naturally blends his interest in human connection and movement. He has taught Acroyoga in 49 countries and contributed to multiple volunteer missions around the world.
Frantz joined Opal Collection to unite his professional expertise with his passion for travel and people. His goal is to bring a people-centered approach to the hospitality and tourism industry, fostering meaningful and lasting collaboration across every link of the value chain.
